An Industrial Designer with over 15 years of design management, Industrial design and teaching professional experiences. Born and raised from Hong Kong, Larry found his passion in fine art at youth. He learnt to draw with charcoal and ink from a local artist called Lee Chung Shang. In the year of 2000, Larry was graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a degree in BFA, majored in Industrial Design. He began his design career working for Radica Games in Dallas Texas, at the time, it was the handheld electronic toys division of Mattel Inc., The category focus was on designing game console peripherals and electronic gaming toys.
After worked in both the US and the Far East, Larry is currently with Gibson Innovation Ltd. as part of their PHILIPS GBL (global brand licensing) team headquartered in Hong Kong. In year 2015, he took over the design lead role for their Home Communication and Smart Home programs, responsible for designing home automation (IOT) device focused in home security and monitoring. When he first joined PHILIPS Design 4 years ago, he was designing for their Home Cinema Speaker (HCS) category and developed loudspeaker products ranged from compact soundbars to full 5.1 loudspeaker systems. Larry also hold a part-time teaching position at The Hong Kong Polytechnics University for the Bachelor's Degree Product Design programs. He received his Master's in Design Strategies (Mdes) from The Hong Kong Polytechnics University in 2013.
With over 10 years of merchandising and product sourcing experiences. Natalie has worked for leading US sporting goods brands specialized in golf equipments for DICK’S Sporting Goods. Natalie was raise and born in Hong Kong. She acquired her Master’s of Science in Marketing Strategy in year 2010 from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and completed her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Hong Kong University in year 2003. Natalie has joined KOODESIGN to focus on business development and project management with advising on the business strategy.
